Järva Cemetery

Competition entry for a cemetery located to the north west of the city. The population of this area is made up of a wide mix of cultural backgrounds and religions, the brief called for a solution that could provide a ‘place’ to reflect this. Research of the local community and demographics led us to a strategy to provide a framework that would allow the varied burial practices to evolve over the next 100 years.
