Swedish planning laws were amended to allow home owners to construct a 25m2 single story building within the bounds of the plot and following a set of given criteria. In this project working with our client Koncepthus we developed ideas for a prefabricated system to allow homeowners to vary their 25m2 working form a kit of parts.
